Quick Bread Pudding with Vanilla Ice-cream

 Tuesday, August 31, 2010 at 3:26pm

I love to feed homecooked meal for friends & family.
The 1st weekend of Ramadhan, I sent Along, 2 big Roasted Chicken with stuffing.
Last Sunday, cooked up 4 trays of my fried marcaroni, with lots of mozarella & parmesan on top
for him to enjoy with his friends during iftar.
Along with that, I baked Pumpkin Custard for him..but only able to sent half of it..
I also baked 2 trays of bread  pudding to be scooped out together...
The bread pudding is best served with vanilla ice-cream but the ice-cream will melt before being served..
so, they had to bear it without ice-cream..
I pity the kids for not having vanilla ice-cream with bread pudding.
It would have been so delicious !
I'll make it up one day..

Anyway, this particular friend asked for the bread pudding recipe from me.
It's one of the easiest recipe I have in my recipe collections..

And here it goes...
