Walnut Muffins

It's Walnut Muffins now... It's the same as Vanilla Muffins. You could just add in some cinnamon and coarsely chopped walnuts. I threw in a lot of them... I really mean A LOT! And please remember to put aside a few perfect walnut for deco... All ingredients are the same as Vanilla Muffins's. If it's too much, just get half of the vanilla muffin's mixture to get ur walnut muffins done... At one shot, you get two types of muffins! That's easy isn't it?..

Walnut Muffins

4 cups flour
1 tbs + 2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 cups sugar
2 large eggs
1 tbs vanilla essence @ 1 vanilla pod
8 tbs butter, melted & cooled off
2 1/2  cups (or less) of coarsely chopped walnuts
A few perfectly looking walnuts

  1. Combine and sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon powder and add in salt.
  2. In another bowl, whisk sugar, milk, egg, melted butter and vanilla essence.
  3. Pour the milk mixture into the dry ingredients and mix them well.
  4. Add in the chopped walnuts and mix well.
  5. Spoon in greased or paper-lined muffin tins. Put one whole walnut on top of each muffin mixtures.
