Me: Saya isteri nya.

Caller: Saya dari Streamyx. Saya ingin maklumkan yang bayaran streamyx En MYJ telah tertunggak sebanyak RM13X.XX bla..bla..bla.... Tarikh akhir bayaran ialah 7hb April.
Me: Sejak bila pula kami ada bayaran tertunggak? Saya bayar bill. Saya tahu samada tertunggak ataupun tidak. Check dulu dalam sistem ye.
Caller: Boleh saya tahu nama puan? Puan isteri En MYJ kan?
Aku dah terasa hangen...
Me: Last month, u called me telling we have unpaid bills. The previous month u called me too telling me the same story. I went to TM point and I checked. there's no unpaid bill! And every time u call, u'll ask for my name.. I'm still the same wife bearing the same name since 1993!
When I'm angry, everything will be in English... it sounds better..heheheh
Caller: En. MYJ ada no handphone tak?
Me: OMG! I really don't understand you people! You keep on asking the same thing as u asked me many many times before. I don't know what system your company is using. I thought TM is advanced! Last year when we upgraded our streamyx, I wrote his number in the form but the staff is not updating his number! Go and get his number from the form.
Caller: Terima kasih puan.
What the heck is wrong with this company???? Katanya, the biggest communication company in Malaysia.. Siap pi advice overseas companies lagi! Tapi no hp MYJ pun x leh nak masukkan dalam system.. Dah 4 tahun kita update kat TM Point! Sususah, meh aku masukkan! GGGGRRRRRRRRRR....... Kalau bulan depan dia call lagi, boleh tak kalo aku hempuk dia???????
Nasib baiklah Hubby Baby sanggup tadah telinga kat luar bilik mesyuarat mendengar luahan kemarahan aku... Thank you, Yang...♥
