Rub the grounded spices on the lamb shank.

Press the lemon @ lime all over the lamb shank.
Pour over the honey evenly .

Sprinkle the salt over.
Marinate it for 3 hours in a pan & cover it with aluminium foil. I marinated it for 12 hours!
Heat the oven at high temperature & push the pan in.

Heat the oven on medium@ low temperature and let it cook for 1 1/2 hours or 2 hours.
Let it set for 10-20 minutes before serving.
Serve it with baked potato @ mashed potato and some blanched vegetables or with plain white hot rice.

My Sauce~~~

1/2 cup cola carbonated drink
1/4 cup ketchup
1/2 onion, minced
garlic powder to taste
1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce, to taste

Scoop half of the oil out of the pan used to roast the lamb shank and heat it.
Throw in the onion till brown.

Pour in the ketchup, cola carbonated drink, hot pepper sauce and garlic powder.
Stir it until desired thickness.

Serve with the lamb shank...  I made extra and keep it refrigerated.

How does it taste?? Heaven!
